About RRHI

RRHI will offer you a professional, qualified, unbiased and unemotional opinion on the state of your home at the time of inspection, based on extensive experience in a wide range of homes from new to old and up to 10,000 square feet in size.

As an added bonus RRHI will keep a copy of your report on file, for as long as you own your home, providing information to you at any time. All information contained in the report is kept confidential between the inspector and client, and only with the clients’ permission can it be disclosed to a third party.

RRHI is operated by Peter Croitoru. Peter was trained at the Ontario Trade Academy in Toronto. He holds a home inspector certificate from the academy and is affiliated with the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI).

Peter is able to answer any questions you may have about your current property and/or the property you intend to purchase.
